Privacy notice

This notice covers the atlanteminore.com website. The data controller is the curator of the Atlante Minore project, who can be reached through the Contact page.

What data

Only what you enter in the forms: name, e-mail address, the name and address of your property (for hotels) and the text of your message. For security, the server also records the IP address the message comes from.

Why and on what basis

To reply to your request and, for hotels, to correct the listing you point to. The legal basis is your consent and the handling of your request (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

For how long

Messages are kept for as long as it takes to deal with the request and in any case no longer than 24 months.

Who else

Your data is never sold or passed on. The form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which receives technical data about your browser to tell people from automated programs; Google's privacy policy applies.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to us from the Contact page. You can also contact the data protection authority in your country.
